Pete & Alice | Guildford Wedding

For their engagement shoot photos, have a look here.

This was a rather rainy wedding, but it was SO beautiful and it didn’t stop Pete and Alice having an amazing day! Their service was at St Saviour’s in Guildford, which is where I got married too, so it’s very special for me to photograph weddings there. I then went with them to Newlands Corner where we took some (rainy) photos on the hill. The light was lovely and soft, I love how the photos turned out!

Their reception was at Holmbury St Mary Village Hall, which was decorated beautifully. I couldn’t believe the cake - the flowers had been made out of icing but they looked totally real! There was lots of time for chatting, and playing board games before dinner: an amazing Hog Roast.

After the speeches I went outside into the dark rainy evening with Pete and Alice for a few ‘off-camera flash’ images. It was SO worth it! The flash lit up the rain drops like stars! Then Alice and Pete performed their first dance - it was amazing, they’d clearly spent a long time choreographing it!
