Pete & Emma | Hanger Farm Wedding

This beautiful day last summer was full of music, big smiles and sunshine (and even some horses!) I had a great time shooting Pete and Emma’s wedding down in the New Forest with my husband. Everyone was so welcoming and happy, it was clear they were pretty excited to see these two tie the knot! 

Emma, her parents and bridesmaids got ready at an airbnb near the church in Lyndhurst. The bridesmaids styled each other’s hair which always impresses me, I really need to learn some more fancy styles for myself! After a beautiful and emotional ceremony I went with the newlyweds to a pretty spot on the edge of the New Forest to capture some photos of the two of them. 

Their reception was held at Hanger Farm, an arts centre on the outskirts of Southampton. It’s a brilliant venue for weddings, with a large open field - perfect for taking some extra photos of Pete and Emma in the evening. Their evening party was AMAZING, I love a packed dance floor! Pete’s brother’s band started off the party with a fantastic set, it was so good to see so many people dancing!
