 Second shooting

Online use

Thank you for second shooting! After the wedding you may share some of your photos online but please follow these guidelines to avoid any awkwardness for my business or clients.

  • Please don’t share ANY photos from the wedding until I’ve shared the full gallery with my clients (wait at least 8 weeks after the wedding)

  • Only share photos that I’ve included in the gallery, otherwise the couple might ask me why they haven’t seen those photos before! (Ask me to send you the gallery so that you can check)

  • On social media, in the first line of your caption please use the sentence “Taken whilst second shooting for @annarowlandsonphoto”. Please check that it’s a live link - Facebook sometimes removes links when you re-edit anything in your post.

  • Similarly, if you do any Instagram stories please also use the sentence above (make sure it’s big enough so that it’s legible!)

  • Do not tag the clients or any wedding suppliers/venues involved in the wedding! I would also prefer you not to select the venue as a location. Obviously this could negatively impact me if the wedding suppliers or clients started sharing your profile/photos instead of mine.

  • You may use your photos on your website but if you do a blog post about the wedding please use this sentence in the first line of the blog post: “All photos taken whilst second shooting for Anna Rowlandson Photography” with a live link to my website www.annarowlandson.com

  • Finally, please do not share any photos that show children - I might not have their parents’ permission to share photos of them online

I hope all the above is clear - please ask if not! I’d prefer to have a conversation about it now, rather than have to ask you to remove any photos/posts.

Thank you!
